Shatal Engineering India – International Construction Machinery Manufacturer is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead and optimize our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operations including Welding, Powder Coating, Assembly, Production Planning and Delivery.
- Drive operational excellence, productivity, and cost optimization
- Implement best practices in manufacturing and process improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Strengthen quality systems and compliance standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing/engineering operations leadership
- Strong knowledge of welding, coating, assembly, and production workflows
- Expertise in production planning and quality management systems
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
